Setting Up ADS-B Decoder w/ Virtual Radar
You will need:
- (x1) Software Defined Radio with a resonant antenna
- Dump 1090 Software
- Virtual Radar Server
- Please note you MUST put the drivers on both "Bulk Interface 0" and "Bulk Interface 1"
- One interface is for HF Bands, and One is for VHF+
- Update your SDR with the correct WinUSB Driver using the ZaDig Tool
- Install the Virtual Radar Software
- Boot Virtual Radar and go to Tools > Options > Receiver > Wizard (At Top Right)
- Wizard: A Software Defined Radio > Dump 1090 > yes > Finish
- Run the Dump1090.exe
- Paste into Browser: http://127.0.0.1/VirtualRadar
- Configure Settings to your liking and Enjoy!
